ℹ️ About ServiceHub
ServiceHub is a digital marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers. It is owned and operated by TzTech, a technology company registered in Tanzania.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ServiceHub application and all its services. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
👤 User Responsibilities
All users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain account security by not sharing your credentials
- Respect other users, service providers, and clients
- Use the app for lawful purposes only
- Contact ServiceHub immediately if your account is being misused
💼 Independent Contractor Clause
Service providers are independent contractors. They are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of ServiceHub or TzTech. ServiceHub provides a technology platform only — it does not control the quality, timing, or outcome of services performed.
📱 Platform Usage
Users must NOT do the following:
- Commit fraud of any kind
- Use fake or stolen identities
- Abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Circumvent platform rules to avoid fees or guidelines
- Submit false information to gain advantage
- Use the app for illegal activities
🚫 Account Suspension
ServiceHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for any violation of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the Service Provider Agreement.
Terminated accounts may be reported to legal authorities where there is evidence of illegal activities.
🛡️ Limitation of Liability
ServiceHub operates solely as a technology facilitator between clients and service providers. Accordingly, ServiceHub and TzTech are NOT liable for:
- The quality of work performed by service providers
- Losses, damages, or injuries arising from services performed
- Disputes between clients and service providers
- Non-fulfilment of agreements between clients and service providers
🏛️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be handled by Tanzanian courts.
🔄 Changes to Terms
ServiceHub may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the app. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
